Here is the blog with the delicious soup recipe to help you get through the first few days...if you are like me, I am detoxing...can you say HEADACHE....

and yes I know..the weighing and measuring was not fun, but keep those stats handy for 2 weeks time when we do it again,

there WILL be changes....

    No yellow hard Cow's cheese at all - easy peasy on Day 1 - none in the house :)
    Actually, I didn't have any white soft other cheeses either - nor yogurt - hmmm I survived ...
    I'm going shopping today - will I fold?

    No white carbs today!
    I had tea instead of coffee. Your headache is probably from caffeine withdrawal. Going cold turkey is hell! (been there, done that) My strategy is to switch to a pot of caffeinated tea in the morning and de-caf green tea the rest of the day.. After 1 week reduce to only 1 cup of caffeinated tea and by week 2 you can go totally de-caf.
    Mid afternoon is my "danger-zone" when the munchies hit. A pot of green tea and 2 tic-tacs (instead of the normal handful over an afternoon) did the trick.
