Well, here it is, another New Year. Once again I am resolved to lose weight. I have made this same resolution for MANY years. I’m not sure what will make this year any different from all the years past. I do believe that if I commit to blogging about my Weight Loss Journey, it will help me to achieve my goals.
My long term goal is to lose 50 lb. and to do P90X or Insanity
My short term goal for January ’13 is to exercise 5 days a week, eat a healthy diet, to juice at least once a day, and to drink plenty of Water Water Water. I plan on doing a month of Turbo Jam and progress to other BeachBody workouts .
No more excuses. I can do anything I set my mind to.
