Its so cliche to me to start the new year with resolutions and wishes, and hopes. I've decided to approach this new beginning a little differently and a little more aggressively. I've decided to take my health issues to heart. And by ANY means necessary attitude propels me to move forward in my goals to become a healthier human being. Today I pushed myself harder than I usually do...I walked my 2.5 mile walk in 40 minutes today. Added some skips in while walking with my son. I felt amazing. I've been tracking my calories today and I intend to stay on target. I'm excited at the changes that my body will evolve into and how it will mold me into the more confident, beautiful person that I am becoming. We are to ever evolve to remain happy in this life. So as long as I'm moving forward. I'm doing better than I was yesterday! Here's to 2013 being the best year of my life!
