So had a great cycle class! 60 minutes of intense cycling. I am sweaty and happy going to take the dog for a walk, then do the Jumpstart Challenge workout. My food was good until I got so hungry after class and picked up a bag of chexmix. Bad habits! I ordered the cookbook too. I am feeling positive and good. Not perfect but better each day. I just finished my Jumpstart Challenge, it was harder than I thought !
