Ive so-o major goofed up and am ready to get in it for the long Haul!

Tuesday, January 01, 2013

I never thought id be in this position after doing so well, but here i am! Ive major goofed up my healthy life style and am feeling it! Im disgusted with my actions! Im not sure what happened but some where i got lost among all the goodies and lost any will power i had! i shouldnt be saying will power i lost all motivation and i AM responsible for My well being! I prayed on this today and looked back on this year at what blessings ive had this year and what i didnt like! What i realized is what a Lost person i have become and i was so proud of the 48 # i lost and so sad for losing the tough spirit and kick i had! How could i let this happen?I think it happened when i was on this Plateau for what seemed like weeks and thats where i started slipping down the slope in to the muck and was mired in it till i decided to pull my old achy self back where i belong! The arthritis hasnt helped but thats no excuse either!Theres things i can do.. and i did to the bare slow minimum I so-o miss walking out side on a daily basis but its kinda dangerous! We have so much SNOW here now i could be stuck out in the field if i fell and broke my behind ,so i will do what i can manage and slip up the excercise weekly ! I am so THANK FUL to have all of you to keep me in it for the long haul which means forever!
Well i am back and i feel ready like i was when first signed up on this site ,Like a light bulb moment or a spark that lit the flame! Im stoked today! Maybe its a little God Energy that got me ready again! Im not sure but im liking this feeling again...

Good thing is i only gained 7 # before i caught my self and thought what are you doing to your self? Be the strong person you are meant to be! Im no wimp i can get this done !Thank you friends for always being here when i need the support!Ill be needing it! emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon

I totally understand. I had gained 10 pounds, and really lost my mojo, with a lot of crazy things happening around me. But taking it one day at a time, and journaling, and taking a little time out for myself, I am slowing losing those extra pounds. You are doing so awesome by writing this blog, and you are definitely an inspiration to me, with how you have written your feelings. Thank you for this awesome blog, and know we are here to support you. You CAN do it! You are wonderful! emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon

It is easy to let our guard down & slip back into old bad ways. Still, you have caught yourself before regaining all you worked so diligently to drop, so that is something to rejoice in.

God bless & keep you safe!

It is only 12 degrees here,, lots of snow,, don't go be-bopping out in the drifts!
Up and down the stairs, , dumbbells etc until it gets warmer,, maybe June..

Bonnie, don't beat yourself up, it's only 7 pounds and knowing how u don't like to sit still, I am sure u will lose that all soon. I also gained 10 pounds , there was lots going on b-4 the holiday and I did not eat well at all, so now I am back home where there is less temptation and snow ! so I know I will be better at losing. Lets make this our year Bonnie! emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon

You sound like you are terribly beating yourself up over 7 pounds, Bonnie and it really shouldn't be.
Yes, you have made great strides in the 48 you did lose, but, you still are way ahead of he game and now you can get back to business again!

Today is a new day, so start anew my friend! You can do it Bonnie!

Wow! Isn't this the truth? I realized I gained NINE pounds last year! GAINED! I was supposed to have lost that. I understand how your feeling. The good thing is, you're aware and now you can move forward. It's really hitting me how this will never be a diet, just my life. Which means we WILL mess up time to time, but let's just keep moving forward and put it in the past. We're learning right? You can do it!

Bonnie darling 7 lbs is not a lot .. and if you pick yourself up now you will be fine ... Just do what you can around the house don't risk injury ..

To be honest it is what you are eating thats the problem because if we countes all the steps and tracked all the house work and various other things we would be getting most of the exercise we need .. so my lovely friend Stop beating your self up and get back on board with tracking.. Love you Susie emoticon emoticon emoticon

Catching yourself after 7 pounds is a great thing - make sure you give yourself lots of credit for that.

Bonnie...having a history of being a yo-yo dieter, I know what you are going thru. You have done something I never figured out how to do....you stopped and realized what was going on before it was out of control. It is not too late...just get back on track....NOW! I weigh everyday for that very reason...I must break the cycle of yo-yo dieting! So far...so good! LET'S DO IT! We will control the food....it will NOT control us!
