I didn't reach my weight goal for 2012, but I'm not deterred. Work, busy lifestyle, and health concerns temporarily sidetracked me, but I'm back at it. I will take 2013 one day at a time and focus on one goal at a time.
I have figured out how to incorporate work skills into my weight loss. During counseling sessions, I often encourage clients to change one bad habit at a time. I will now use that skill to retool my weight loss.
This week I will focus on drinking more water. I know that once I get into the good habit of drinking more water daily, it will become second nature to me.
