I haven't blogged in a bit because I totally lost track the week of Christmas. I came back and started refocusing a few days ago. I've started my first fitness streak. Today was day four and it feels good to have done it consistently even if only for a short time. Tomorrow will be the real challenge since work and school start again. The goal is to do at least 10 minutes a day. I'd like to get up and do 20-30 minutes before work, but with a smaller goal, I can somehow fit it in every day even if it's super busy.
