Something about turning a page on the calendar makes it all seem possible. I am at a mid-weight right now, half-way between my high and low weights. I am ready to get back on track and make progress again. December was a blur of family, work and travel. Diet and fitness were not high on the priority list. My goals are to eat more fruits and veggies, less meat and carbs. I need to go to the gym two days a week and work out on the elliptical at home on the other days. Besides turning the page on the calendar, I have the motivation of getting in shape by June for vacation. We will be going snorkeling and you have to be in good shape for that!
