Well, I pretty much stayed the same this past year in regards to weight and inches.
While it is not as good as losing, at least I did not gain.
I may not have lost weight and inches this past year but I do feel i am much healthier. I started jogging this year and ran my first 5k. Something I never would have thought I would do years ago. I'm also eating much cleaner. I have been the best for the past couple of weeks

but I am back on track the past two days
Now I'm off to the basement to start the new year off right with a little exercise!
