Well, I pretty much stayed the same this past year in regards to weight and inches.

While it is not as good as losing, at least I did not gain.

I may not have lost weight and inches this past year but I do feel i am much healthier. I started jogging this year and ran my first 5k. Something I never would have thought I would do years ago. I'm also eating much cleaner. I have been the best for the past couple of weeks emoticon but I am back on track the past two days emoticon

Now I'm off to the basement to start the new year off right with a little exercise!

    Just keep plugging along, babe. You'll get there. It's great that you haven't gained it back. That's a good sign. You're learning to live in your new body and preparing to live in your permanent goal body. :)

    Hi Char - looks to me like you doing well - I do not see the line going up ! Running a 5k is not easy ! So kudos to you !! We can do this - we both have wedding to attend , and we our the First Ladies at these Weddings !!
