Things to accomplish in the upcoming year.

So here are my goals for the upcoming year.
1. Jog 10k in the Cleveland Marathon in May.
2. Go down 2 clothes sizes.
I don't want to make a bunch of lofty goals that fail a week from now. I am just focusing on moving in the right direction. I am also focusing on getting to the gym regularly.
In 2012, I lost 30 pounds, 3 sizes. Not as much as I would like to, but moving in the right direction.
