27 Weeks to Goal!

So this will be the year that I finally reach goal! No more excuses! I need to stick to the plan, stay on track and really think about my choices.
As of last Thursday I have 27 weeks until my 30th birthday. I have 35lbs to lose to reach my goal of 100lbs total lost. So that means I need to lose 1.3lbs per week to hit my target. It's definitely achieveable if I put my mind to it.
I am going post a blog weekly to update with my progress, I'm hoping this will help to keep me on track.
I have been messing about with these last 35lbs for what seems like an age now! It's time to get this done!
