Good afternoon everyone!!
I hope you all had an awesome New years!!
So, its that time of year again.....I have had numerous people have asmed me what my new years resolution is.. Sarcastically I would say I am not making a new years resolution... when asked why I would reply with its simple.. I fail at them, there is no reason in making one when I don't EVER stick with it! but.... now that i think more and more about it I have quite a few..
I am determined for 2013 to be successful in my weight loss.... I am trying to pick a resonable amount of weight to lose by my 22nd birthday (july 11th!) So, if anyone can help me out with that i would love any pointers!
My new years resolutions:
1) NO FAST FOOD!
2) NO SODA ( my anxiety has been twice as bad due to the amount of caffiene I have been consuming)
3) exercise at least 5x a week...
So these are more like goals, but i mean whatever... THIS WILL HAPPEN!!! 2013 IS MY YEAR!
That being said, what is everyone elses new yr resolutions
