Begin again

I don't need to say how long it's been since I've been on here. And you'd be right in assuming that it's been an equal amount of time since I made consistently good choices regarding my health, diet, and exercising.

I joined a gym in November - but have only been once.
I've gained about 20lbs since we've been home. Which is nearly everything I've lost through spark, maybe even more.
None of my clothes fit.
I'm uncomfortable in my body.
I have no energy.

it's time to make a change.
it's time to make my health a priority!

I know that I'm probably going to start slow.
but I am going to make it a PRIORITY to commit to a better future for myself.
