Dropped almost two pounds! I know, not a milestone but it's a start, right? My current goals is to continue to eat breakfast daily, not eat after 8:30 at night and start drinking more water. I hate drinking water, eck. So boring. But maybe I'll get used to it. Going to purge the house of any junk food and start getting my husband on board for support. He'll appreciate these changes to our menu when he begins to shed the weight too.

    Two pounds?!? That is AWESOME!!! Sounds like you have some realistic goals - things YOU have control over - and are off to a great start. I struggle with the water myself. Sometimes it helps to put a lemon or orange slice in; most of the time I end up opting for tea or (surprise) coffee!

    Looking forward to seeing you achieve your goals in 2013!
