It's New Years!! Once again it's time to set goals and stick with them!

1.) Write down everything that goes in my mouth

2.) Do some form of exercise everyday even if it's just walking

3.) Check in with my support daily

4.) Blog daily about whatever comes to mind

5.) Weigh myself once a week no matter what

6.) Don't beat myself up over the little things

7.) Time to focus on myself and making this year my biggest weight loss year yet!
