I need to sleep 7-8 hours and not push it by reading a book too late.... emoticon

I need to have all my food ready for the next day when I work and have a supper plan.... emoticon

    Go you having a plan for prepping for the next day!!! I have to do the same thing -- I pack my breakfast and lunch every night before I go to work because the mornings are too crazy!!! I am not so good about the sleep thing so maybe we can both work on that together!! In the meantime, way to go!!
