New Year. New Goals

I have decided to start the new year off with some new goals. I have also decided it is time for me to gain back some of my self control, once you relax it's hard to reign it in by yourself. So I think it is time for me to start tracking and start holding myself more accountable, it is so much harder to eat like crap when you know other people are seeing it. One of the many reasons I love Sparkpeople, I have to be held accountable for what I'm eating and doing.
Today is my day ZERO. I am starting completely new. I have done my measurements, all in the correct way so that I can stay consistent and I have even decided on a weight loss goal, last time I started Sparkpeople it took me over a year to actually set a goal. I want to get back into swimsuit shape. I have a goal of losing 15ish pounds but more importantly its about getting back into the shape I was in last summer. I have put on my winters coat and its time to take it off.
As of today my measurements are:
Upper Arm: 10"
Weight: 155ish, I don't have a scale at home anymore and the gym wasn't open today, so this is my best guess.
I also have some fitness goals for the year:
Finish Jamie Eason’s 12 week program
Run 625+ miles for the year
Workout 3+ times a week
Stay in my size 5/7 jeans
Run 10 Miles Straight
Run a 7 minute mile
1 full blown pull up
