I LIVE much of my life in a relative stupor--basically, unconscious. Why is that?

Hi there - how are you doing?

Like the blog post and concur with your assessment about helping others. I think our job is to plant seeds - seeds of encouragement - in this world. Life is tough enough without us withholding encouragement.

You can be successful with your weight loss and quitting smoking. I'm sure of this.

You are strong. Strong enough. Much stronger than you may think.

    And hey...

    Make it a great day!

Hi, so my first comment on SPARKPEOPLE is to you special friend. Every act of kindness is priceless and you never know, one could change a life, who knows. When did you start smoking? Really want to support you quitting. I go unconscious too, same as you, wake up in the middle of a bite and say oh oh, there I go again. Sometimes I'm able to actually throw the rest away. I used to think wasting food = wasting money, which was my great excuse. But somewhere along the way, I was able to see throwing unhealthy food was like putting currency in my pocket/body. That's my two cents. Feels weird to leave a comment like I'm not sure about what to say and don't want to say the wrong thing. Thanks for turning me on to SPARKPEOPLE. emoticon

Good job... "every little bit helps" Whether you did or did not make a difference in that man's life is now up to him. You did your part. That is living conciously, I think!
Have a yogurt parfait next time you go to Mickie Ds... there are really good. Have a great New Years day and I think you are funny... you make me smile for sure!! Love your attitude.... I don't care what anybody says .... LOL LOL
