My 2013 pledge

I, Hillary, Promise to make this year count.

-I promise to understand that my stomach is not a bottomless pit and exercise is not a luxury, it is a necessity that is just as important as brushing your teeth.
-I promise to track every bit of food that goes into my mouth and exercise every day.
-I pledge to get more sleep, drink more water, keep things a little cleaner, and spend more time enjoying life.

I understand that this year will bring on tremendous change in my life and there will be a lot of great amazing experiences from a big move from college into student teaching and experiencing a slice of real life. I, vow to change in order to make these changes go more smoothly and promote healthy and positive habits to last me for the rest of my life. These changes will be made by specific plans and if after a 1-week period they are not working, they will be re-evaluated and changed until change occurs.

This is my year, my time to make the final push to change my life and me.
I will and can do this.

    You can get this done if you focus on just one day at a time.

Set daily goals and don't think about anything beyond that.

Have a plan for when you feel cravings;Go brush your teeth, read success stories, set a timer for 30 minutes and hold off until then...what ever works for you.
Meet the goals you set for yourself each day and the rest will just fall in place.
