So after a year of kinda sorta working out, with running being the only exercise I've almost kept up with, I'm going to set out again for a fitness plan. Knowing my limits, my habits, and my questionable will power, this will be a challenge.
My plan, is to do a new Zuka Light ZWOD each week, three times a week. And to keep my self from feeling like I'm going to die for the first month, I plan on doing the first two workouts at half reps, just to get used to the routine before I do the third at full speed & full reps. For time no less.
I'll be posting my weekly scores. Just so anyone who cares to read this will have something to follow.
