Lets see how long I can keep this up!

So after a year of kinda sorta working out, with running being the only exercise I've almost kept up with, I'm going to set out again for a fitness plan. Knowing my limits, my habits, and my questionable will power, this will be a challenge.
My plan, is to do a new Zuka Light ZWOD each week, three times a week. And to keep my self from feeling like I'm going to die for the first month, I plan on doing the first two workouts at half reps, just to get used to the routine before I do the third at full speed & full reps. For time no less.
I'll be posting my weekly scores. Just so anyone who cares to read this will have something to follow.

    What an emoticon plan! I will be keeping track of your progress, although I have to admit I've never heard of Zuka Light ZWOD. Don't worry about speed or even how 'well' you can do things - just work on consistency and remember that even 5 minutes is better than zero - 10 minutes is better than 5 - and so forth. Whatever you can do is worth the effort!

    it is never to late to start.

    my sister lost 105 pounds at age 63 walking 15000 steps a day.

    i have lost 44 pounds by giving up grain and sugar products at age 60..

    i walk 15000 steps a day.

    i use a salad plate as my dinner plate.

    i keep mandrtan oranges in the fridge. when the sweet tooth comes on i grab one or two tablespoons of the fruit.
