~ Day 1 - New Years workout ~

... I had a date this morning with Shaun T. We did 25 minutes of ab sculpt, it was a blast! I
I also did a cardio workout on my pilates reformer with the rebounder attachment
... these are pics of my workouts on my new 42" tv. Best Buy had a great sale on televisions and I was able to get this one for $379.00!!!.. I am lovin' this big screen!
. I was able to put the 32 inch in my bedroom, the 29 inch in my son's room and the 24 inch in the exercise room in the basement. I now have "updated" tv's instead of tv's that require a "converter box".

In my list of goals I neglected to mention the nutritional side of things. I will still be following the Primal lifestyle, preparing both primal and paleo meals. Being that this is a lifestyle, I feel that the Primal Blueprint is easier and more flexible for me. However, I will be focusing on the following:
- eating as clean as possible
- limiting cheat meals
- buying more organic veggies/fruits
I have been following the Primal lifestyle for almost 2 years now (... April 2013 will be 2 years) and I am honestly amazed at how much I actually love this way of eating. For now, I am cycling my calories/carbs and leaning toward a lower carb ratio on most days to lose weight. There is still so much to learn about this lifestyle and myself in relation to it.
