Going Back to Basics....

Soon i will be 29....can you imagine that?

I remember when found SP back in 2006:
I was 22 years old, relatively slim!!!!!!! emoticon with only about 15 lbs to lose.
At time time i started working out with some fellas from the army....needless to say i lost 30 lbs and was quite toned...i loved it

Today i still love my SP. Its a lil difficult to come on here sometimes with all the changes in my life; I got married, had a son, got a new job(sedentary, long hours) etc.

However i remember the basics i.e. that i love to exercise, i love to see my results and i love to have support...SP helps me with all of this and more.
I have organised Fitness Challenges at work during 2012 and 2013 will be no different, just BETTER....

A few of us joined a gym together. I have a diet plan now and i am excited to see where my new lifestyle takes me.

My army friend gave me a few pointers and i feel ready to GO.

I will blog again at the end of the month with my results...no matter what they are!!

it is never to late to start.

my sister lost 105 pounds at age 63 walking 15000 steps a day.

i have lost 44 pounds by giving up grain and sugar products at age 60..

i walk 15000 steps a day.

i use a salad plate as my dinner plate.

i keep mandrtan oranges in the fridge. when the sweet tooth comes on i grab one or two tablespoons of the fruit.
