Killer Collards & 30 day Goals

Made a great batch of collards yesterday:

Wash, Destem & chop 1 bunch collards

Steam/simmer with 1 onion, 2 turnips, 1 carrot
in 2 cups water & 2 packs Goya ham flavor

Add 2 Tofurky sausages chopped at the end.

Splash on hot vinegar to serve

4+ glasses of water emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon

    Mmm I love greens! I can't handle the spice oil though. Suppose I could sub garlic oil.

    Oh neat you are hooping too? I was told by the hooper teacher around this area not to hoop with my back. But looks like fun! You have done great today. I have a headache, ( dont' think it is the fall) and the only boots that aren't wet hurt my toe so walks are limited. Cold and sunny here.

Enjoy the day... I have done well so far too.
