Participate in A Book Club's December Challenge-- Nope, I didn't do well thanks to the flu and then just stopped posting before Christmas.
Increase yearly fitness minutes to 3900--Nope, the flu messed me up big time
Read at least 30 minutes per day to help destress during this month -Mostly met
Post a new food blog in the I Heart Food Blogs team at least 1x per week
Make a point to enjoy the season
Not the best month for me. I had the flu for about 2 weeks. Got behind on prepping for Christmas and then just sort of drifted off and said forget it.
I received a Fit Bit for Christmas so I plan on connecting with my account tomorrow and setting my January Goals. Today is the last little bit of indulging and everything left is going to DH's office tomorrow with him or into the trash.
