After getting a good night's sleep (got to bed at 4 but didn't get up until 10:45), I had a healthy breakfast and did a Pilates abs video. Now I intend to go for a walk.
I weighed in and did measurements that did not please me. I knew I was slipping, but didn't realize how far. I have got to turn that around.
I have 7 weeks before I leave for Hawaii. I would like to be at 160 or less by then. That is approximately 2 pounds per week. A lofty goal, but I am up for the challenge.
