Day #191 - I quit

well ... not really. I'm in a coasting mode until this week is over. I'm trying really hard to stay focused while my company is here but I'm really off schedule. I'm waking up late, eating irregular and just not really getting a normal workout in. Yesterday and Saturday I did a LOT of walking. I took my girls to South Beach on Saturday and we had to park blocks and blocks away. At least 1 to 1.5 miles each way. Then last nite we went to Miami New Year's Eve celebration and we walked a LOT again, dance a little bit and had a blast!!! I think I can say I worked off my Chilli's dinner.

Today I feel every muscle in my body ...the good, the bad and the ugly... So perhaps things are balancing out. I don't know and won't know until I jump on the scale probably Friday instead of Thursday. They leave really early Friday morning.

So for now I'm going to enjoy my daughter and her friend and just deal with everything when life returns to normal. I've done a LOT of after Christmas shopping and I brought my clothes in a size smaller, even my new I can't quit and waste these awesome fines. Old Navy sale was AWESOME. I found shirts, and tanks for less than $2.50, sweat pants less than $10 and some ankle pants for like $12. So I got some fresh new tees to workout in and paid little to nothing for them.
