Well here we are a new year already! I am ready, 2012 was more of a learning to love myself year, so I should have increased my walking avg but stayed the same. That is OK I needed to work on loving myself and letting dieting go. This year I will still continue that but also work on raising my step average. Super excited!! You know how I LOVE walking.. :-) I got some new things for Christmas for extra motivation. I got the new Omron pedometer:
A new Leslie tape:
And a new TV to go in front of my treadmill, hubby got it all fixed up for me:
So my new goals for this month is a 4000 steps average. :-)
