I woke up this morning decided to start new and fresh. I was not happy how I ended the year. I gained 11lbs within 2 months. I got relaxed into my old ways. I felt the difference, in my clothes and health. I realize sometimes you fall but in my case it takes me a while to get up. Today I need to get control of everything around me. I decided not to let the words I can't take over. It will be I can with strength, confidence and faith. I just needed the kick, Here I go on a new journey with a better outlook.
