New Year, New changes, New me

Tuesday, January 01, 2013

New Year's Day 2013.

The number one New Year's Resolution in America is to lose weight and get into shape, so I am in good company in adding these goals to my list of goals for the new year.

I am a size 14; I wantto be a size 8.
I weigh 179 pounds (as of this morning - 4 pounds heavier than I thought when I logged on lst night, but I will use this as my start point. I want to be under 150,

I want to find time for friends - not simply a "hello" to my childrens' friends' parents, but actual friendship - people to talk with about life, the universe and everything.

I want to learn to play the guitar. All four of my children play numerous instruments, and I have never learned to play. I will being with the guitar.

I need to publish, I ahve put this one career goal off for five years, and it is time!

Learn to invest. I would like to retire in 20 years, so I need to really get started on a plan.
