I will be starting the Jillian Michael's 30 day shred on Thursday and after reading the review's I'm quite excited! My goal is to lose 50 pound's,and obviously that will take more than just a month. So once I boost my endurance level than I'm going to do Jillian. Michael's ripped in 30. I'm also doing slim fast 3-2-1 plan. I'm tired of being over weight,and I want to be healthy and confident again,so I'm willing to work for it! M
