The Clock Starts Tomorrow

I know I should just begin all my healthiness right now. And I know I should be living a healthy life each and every day. But over all, I'm not really going overboard. And our son is still here visiting and leaves tomorrow, so I'm casting my cares into the wind for one more day.

So, my race begins tomorrow.

I'm going on a golfing vacation March 2, and want to be in good shapre for it, so that is my immediate target. I'd really like to lose 15 pounds by then. I know I can do it. How? I will put in 10,000 steps a day, eat within my calorie range, record what I eat, or if I'm following my 17 Day Diet Plan, just follow the plan, visit my gym regularly, drink lots of water and green tea, and try to sleep 7 hours a night. Nothing really difficult in that list, other than concentrating on putting them all together to end up with a great result!

I fail at keeping 'resolutions' but I know I can succeed if I just follow my plan. Keep me honest I'd love to hear what you are planning for January?

    I was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis as well as my injuries so my aim is to keep my mobility so I am going to work hard at that.

    I set out my goals, also with an upcoming vacation in mind. I have until February 20, and set a weight loss of 7-10 pounds. I don't lose weight very easily so I wanted to give myself a range that I think I can realistically do. Like you, I mainly want to be in better shape to really enjoy the vacation as there will be lots of swimming and hiking involved.

    Sounds like a plan. 15 lbs by March is a lot. I should be so lucky.
