My first year in my official retirement I've managed to pack on the pounds.
Time to focus clearly and work hard at taking them off.
I'm squishing into my size 7 jeans as a reminder of how much I need to eat healthy! They are quite uncomfortable, so let's get busy shall we?
Each day brings a new opportunity to exercise more. I'm adding my old strength routine in again. I'll do it 3 times a week! I'm going to start right now :)
I was very shocked when I took measurements this morning for the first time in a long time. Now I will take them once a week!
