The time is so right, I feel more determined than ever to reach my goals, whats different from all the previous attempts, well I will tell you, Spark's that's what and not just the tracking been there done that lol and didn't quite make it last time BUT this time I have met some lovely friends who encourage me, comfort me, cheer with me, spur me on when having rough days, voice of reason when I have doubt's, educate me and love me for me, so from the bottom of my heart I want to thank you all for being there and understanding. I am proud to have you all as my friends xox
Here are my goals for 2013..........................
1. Eat what my body requires not what I feel it wants
2. Drink my 8 glasses of water a day
3. Log into Sparks everyday
4. Post in the team everyday
5. Time Management - a big thing for me, sometimes life just seems so busy.
6. Exercise at least 5 days a week.
7. Learn a new recipe every month
8. Aim for at least 7lb a month weight loss
9. Look after my body not just on the inside but outside too!!!
10. Tell myself once a day "I am worth it", learn to love me for me.
11. Blog more often - at least once a week.
12. Show my family I appreciate them, tell them I love them every day.
13. Enjoy and encompass all my friends here on Spark, let them know how special they are to me.
