Today is like a brand new journal. A fresh sheet of paper. A blank slate. A new beginning.
So far so good.
I got a goodly amount of sleep, at least 8 hours, especially since I am fighting a cold (sore throat, chills).
Breakfast - apple oatmeal with two strawberries and decaf coffee with sugar. I can't drink it without sugar, and I won't eat artificial sweeteners. My dh made me raisin toast, but I forgot about it, so that just got tossed.
Since my back was hurting when I woke up, I figured how much worse will it feel if I gently do my stretches and practice controlled breathing. At least 15 minutes, including weights, and gentle exercise. Go me.
I logged in. I logged my food so far. I did at least ten minutes of exercise, I got a good amount of sleep, I took my vitamins.
So we start again.
Getting healthy is my job.
