    Ah, I love it! Actually, I have been finding a lot of success with working out first thing in the morning. I missed too many evening workouts because I could find so many excuses not to go... Didn't think my night owl self would be able to make a 5:30 am workout, but it can be done emoticon

    Sounds about right. I always work out in the morning, if I did not, I would think of a 1000 excuses not to exercise.
