My Goals for 2013....
1) To run again....I lost my mo-jo for running and I AM looking forward to getting back to it...my plan is to start with the C25K program and progress from there..
2) I will be starting Les Mills Combat and I WILL do all 60 days and submit my measurements and pictures to receive my t shirt and maybe win a prize....someone wins...why not me??
3) To get down to 150 pounds my April 1st....this is certainly doable....15 pounds, I got this...
4) To reach 2 star diamond in my Beachbody business
5) I will run 500 miles this year....not alot but certainly do-able once I get back on the wagon
This is what I will start with...will add more and report progress as the year unfolds....
If you want to reach a goal, you must "see the reaching" in your own mind before you actually arrive at your goal.
