New Years Day

I just did the Pilates Ab 12 minute work out and wow am I out off shape! It feels good to have finished it though. There were some of the moves that I could not do, but hopefully in time I will be able to do those as well. I even did it with Sean and the kids in the room as well. Note for next time, make video full screen so that I can see it easier.

Good start for a gerat year coming up!
