I really want this to be a new year new me. I am tired of being on a merry go round of obesity. I have been working out at the local wellness center for the last month. I really enjoy it. My goal this year is to work out 5 days a week - every week. I currently do a full body workout 3 days a week with 30 minutes of cardio and the other 2 days I do zumba for 60 minutes. I want this to be my habit for the entire year!
