I have to make the healthy choices daily - no one can do it for me!
I gave myself a few goodies today to motivate myself to stay on track and to meet my goals.
In 2012 I lost 17 pounds and have kept them off - my goal for 2013 is lose another 17 pounds. Slowly and surely - due to my bad ankle!
I gave myself the pedometer as a reminder to move my body often through out the day
I picked the veggie tray from the food section - I love my veggies - but being so busy with the holidays I did not reach my goal of 4-5 veggies a day
I then picked the measuring cups - I need to be more on track with serving sizes, most of the time I do well - but I need to be more consistent with actual measuring
I gave myself a princess tiara - to remind me to LOVE myself and to treat myself well
I skipped the luxury! and I went for the snowman in the other section to encourage myself to have more fitness FUN with my grandchildren - building a snowman and playing in the snow can be great fun while getting some fitness minutes in
My goals for this year is to keep moving! Eat healthier! and continue on my journey to a healthier me!
