Okay, I am terrible at this. I don't know how people blog every day. I have a hard enough time remembering to post my workouts. I never post my food. But I need to get better at it all. I had lost almost ten pounds and I'm back up. Not exactly what I was hoping for. So Here we go again. I am cleaning out the cabinets and making better meal plans for all of us :), kids and husband will have to go along for the ride.
