As I promised myself, I'm going to get back on track now that I'm back to square 1 again.
Why is it so damn easy to gain weight? Sometimes I just wish I was like some folks out there that are slender and can eat and eat and never gain a pound. But those aren't the cards that were dealt to me.
SO - back to recording everything I eat and start to get 30 min of some type of exercises in every single day.
Day 1... starting at 270 lbs. first goal - 7 days of monitoring everything I eat faithfully and honestly.
