How did you start out your 2013 meal?

I just had one of my usual breakfast and a favorite 1/2 cup of oatmeal, blueberries, cherries, honey, teaspoon of flaxseed and brown sugar. So yummy and my oldest son had the same and youngest has had an apple so far. This isnt anything different for us since the new year has started just wanted to share since some people will be making some big chances. Please take baby steps! You didn't change into those bad habits overnight so give it some time to get rid of them. With time your eating will change if you make small changes and the weight will come off. With prayer and faith god will bless you.
