I think all I have energy for right now is writing down what I eat. I don't want to count calories, count points, calculate calories, put in stuff in tracker... I just want to write this down. That's better than nothing, right?

AM - Breakfast time - 4 slices Trader Joe's Uncured Applewood smoked bacon, one piece Brie, 3 slices French bread (I was nibbling on a piece of French bread, so maybe 2 1/2 slices?), 2 pats butter. This is so bad... But REAL food, right?

I'm supposed to drink a whole glass of water with my medication in the morning, but I haven't even drunk 1/2 glass of water. But I've decided that I'm not going to drink anything but water today. Maybe I'm not "water thirsty" enough. We get enough liquid in food sometimes.

UPDATE: Well, scratch the bacon. All I ate was a bite... But I had the 2 French bread slices with butter... And still no water.
