Hi my name is paula and I have been with sparkpeople for many years did not track a lot last year in sparkpeople but will make it a part of weight loss goal this year. i am also part of a 28 day virtual challenge my goal during this challenge is to lose 2 lbs I am starting out with a small goals. Also during the challenge I want to increase my modified pushups from 20 to 30 non-stop. I will keep you posted as I move through this challenge. I have to believe that I can stay motivated to achieve my goals to live a healthy lifestyle.
