This is my weight today (the lowest it has ever been)...
I love New Year's resolutions and I always make them! I have plenty of them this year... but I'm only going to share the weight and health-related ones here on Spark.
1) Eat clean for the family.
~ I have a husband and two daughters who eat pretty well. But I need to put some more effort into providing cleaner, healthier meals for them. I eat pretty clean myself, but I'm always eating something different than everyone else. I don't want to be neurotic about it and drive them all nuts... but I do want my family to start eating more fruits and vegetables.
2) Learn my body's healthy weight and maintain it.
~ Right now I'm 134.8 lbs. I'm still losing, it seems. I'm happy where I am, but I'm going to allow my body to find its ideal weight via homeostasis: a weight that I can comfortably and realistically maintain. Then I'm going to focus on maintenance. For the first time in my adult life, weight loss is not a New Year's Resolution. But I do plan to be at this current weight or below by this time next year. Maintenance is the hardest part!
3) By this time next year I want to get into a full camel pose. I'm almost there!! I just need some consistent practice!
