January 1st, Brain is up but body is fighting.

Not much of a blog yet as I have not much of a brain yet! Did the whole New Year's Eve thing last night (including champagne). Body is saying NO to just about everything. Guess I really am to old for only 5 hours of sleep no matter what pigtails and Southpaw say! Time to walk the ladies (if I can wake them up!!!)

Oh well, I said I was starting today, and I am so here we go! To jump start 2013 I'm going to do the 13 days of 2013 and build it up just like December.

To jump start my new year on the first I will achieve

    Happy New Year! I love the new look - very adorable, sort of naughty!

I had a hard time with things today too. I lost my Fitbit yesterday and didn't track any of my walks, I'm 300 calories over (dried cranberries GAH!). However, I did get a few important things accomplished.

After dinner digests for both of us, I'm going to take Punim on a speedwalk. At least that is traceable!

    Happy New Year's!!! Yeah on the exercise!!! My big thing is to try to get in 9 cups of water a day plus walk at least 20 minutes, 6 days a week!

    Are yu making the 13 days up as you go or do you have them listed somewhere? I need to find one I can do today in the limited time I have. Might have to wait until after dinner! I'm going to keep up with you as much as I can! Hope it was a good celebration! I stayed up, but had myself the biggest cry I've had since Mom died and it felt good. It was a good cleanse for the new year! Happy New Year my friend! Love ya!

    Sounds like fun - but I'm going to have to dig around to find the rules of the 12 days of Christmas/13 days of January...

If today my 1 is 1 5K, does that mean I have to do a 5K every day?

    Woohoo! What a great start to 2013!

I did the champagne thing last night too; thankfully, I had sense enough to moderate so that I didn't wake up with the dreaded "champagne headache" that I have experienced in the past.
