So far I am down 8 lbs. I am struggling with the fact that it doesn't seem like a lot of weight. No one has noticed yet, so I am my only motivation to keep going. I recently joined a gym and I love it, I would go every day if I had the time. I think that making a one year commitment to a gym was the best thing I could do for my self because I'm cheap and I hate wasting money. One thing I do have working with me is that my boyfriend is doing it with me. He is committed and supportive. Anyways here is to the next 8 lbs and 8 after that etc.
