IT'S A BRAND NEW YEAR...LET'S GET THINGS MOVING
My New Year's Lifestyle Resolution...FOCUS ON EXERCISE
Set Weekly Goals -- I need to focus on the present
Do Exercise In the Morning -- I'm a born procrastinator
Go back to a NO STARCH/NO SUGAR diet (except for beans & oatmeal)
I joined the SparkPeople's "January Jumpstart" Fitness Challenge
to get me going for the New Year.
I plan on using SparkPeople Total Body Sculpting with Coach Nicole DVD
and my SparkPeople 28 Day Bootcamp DVD
with my 5 lb dumbbells for my exercise
Since we are now officially in winter area here...
I'm going to use the stairs in my hallway vs taking walks.
I'll aim for going up and down to the second floor 10 times twice a day
