Did really well in November with seriously restricting dairy and gluten--lost 8 pounds. December was a plateau and overall gain of approx 2 pounds. Joined the Spark Coach plateau busting program mid month but didn't take it seriously. Started Engine 2 week 1 on Dec 30 and also signed up for the 21 day Vegan Kickstart. Clearly didn't manage December very well. January will be better. In addition to striving to be vegan, I'll be tracking more closely and reducing wine calories. I'm thinking the trick with vegan will be to control high calorie options like peanut butter, nuts, avacados.
