My Plan for 2013

My plan for the new year is simple:
For my health I will continue to walk 3 1/2 to 4 miles three times a week and do at least one Sparkpeople exercise video per week.
Really invest in the Sparkpeople challenge I have signed up for. Create veggie dinners 3x's a week and eat more fruit and veggies for lunches which seem to be my biggest problem area.
Snacking is another area I must make changes: it has become much too easy to grab salty/sweet garbage snacks.
Try new grains this year and continue last year's change - no more white flour, only whole wheat.
This year my goal is to break 200 lbs.
For my business I will take at least 3 classes. I am signed up for one at the Gem show and will take "e" classes or buy instructional CD's for the others.
This year I will make the time to try new techniques, master/improve on others and use my new equipment.
Build up inventory for both the shows and the store, so that I will more in reserve for the "season".
ORGANIZE MY WORK SPACE!!!!
